    Who We Are Looking For?

    This position is perfect for a person that has a passion for creating learning experiences that engage, excite, and motivate your audience! You are skilled at incorporating instructional design and development expertise using innovative technology to produce industry leading training. You have a keen eye for converting learning objectives into behavior-changing simulations, online courses, informational webinars, exams, assessments, and interactive experiences to meet program objectives. You are comfortable managing multiple, fast-paced projects in a collaborative, dynamic environment with a passionate extended team.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners / stakeholders

    • Blend stakeholder vision and expectations with brand requirements to deliver memorable learning experiences

    • Understand current needs and gaps to research, recommend, design, and implement training and development initiatives

    • Apply instructional design expertise while adhering to a consistent learning content strategy to design, create and publish learning solutions / job aides

    • Drive, track, and manage learning development projects within required timeline

    • Effectively use various learning content development tools including Evolve, Camtasia, Adobe Premier or similar tools

    • Design and create engaging motion graphics, visuals animations and digital imagery

    • Effectively introduce interactive ideas / solutions to improve learner experience in virtual events

    • Assess and develop job aides for learning experiences

    • Write, copyedit, proofread, create visuals and other assets

    • Ensure all content and learning experiences meet quality standards

    • Monitor the impact of training to ensure that results are achieved

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

    • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Instructional / Content Designer or similar role

    • Minimum 2 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops

    • Ability to lead a project from initial ideation and consultation through to fruition

    • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    • Excellent decision making and organizational skills

    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

    • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Two or more years experience in graphic / motion graphic design or equivalent

    • You have Adobe Illustrator experience

    • You have design thinking experience

    • You have worked with various Learning Management Systems (LMS)

    • Experience working with external vendors

    • Understanding and awareness of how to work with global teams

    • You aren’t afraid to improve the way things are done.  You have a knack for looking at things from new or different perspectives.  You are courageous and can provide recommendations on  what can be done and take the best of the past to build something new for the future

    • You “get” development.  You excel as a learning content designer/developer and understand the fast-paced, competitive, and demanding world that your learning solutions will influence

    Target Range for this Position in Colorado: $70k -$80k
