Kinaxis has a well-established team of Sales and Professional Services professionals across the US. Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.

About the teamKinaxis is looking for a Delivery Manager with proven success in managing software implementations in the SaaS space for a range of customer accounts. You will have the opportunity to marry your in-depth knowledge of supply chain, technical expertise and project management abilities to delivery of the RapidResponse solution on time and on budget.
What you will do- Lead a Professional Services team, (Solution Architects, Integration Consultants, and Solution Consultants) against the delivery of our RapidResponse solution to support our clients’ most pressing business needs.
- Manage client relationships and expectations within original scope of the delivery, working to mitigate multiple agendas and tight timelines. Proactively seek and resolve blockers.
- Take ownership of balancing the overall satisfaction of the client, while effectively representing both the client and Kinaxis best interests.
- Collaborate with Partners to identify a jointly agreed to implementation methodology.
- Drive towards achievement of team utilization, revenue and management targets.
- Work with the Sales team, Client Partners and Delivery Directors to develop and support client services solution roadmap.
- Be responsible for project administration tasks across the engagement lifecycle
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years experience leading medium to complex implementations in the business software service space, ideally in supply chain management.
- Proven track record as a project manager delivering highly technical software solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization, including C-level Executives coupled with excellent customer management capabilities.
- Strong project governance experience, able to drive the right customer conversations at the right time.
- Willingness to provide both a big picture view of client engagement as well as take a “roll up your sleeves” attitude towards project delivery.
- Proven record of execution to time and budget.
- University degree - Business, Supply Chain, computer science, process engineering or a related field.
- Able to travel 50-75% of the time mostly in North America.
- Previous experience working in a Management Consulting environment.
- Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP, Blue Yonder,
- Delivering on projects with a global focus for external clients.
