Responsibilities:
Salesforce Alliances & Channels Organization is looking for a curious and energetic Partner Alliance Manager with the ability to formulate and execute on a strategic vision with our partners to drive ACV for Salesforce. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new ACV through Industry Strategies, solution development, and executive alignment with 2 of our Regional System Integrators.
Expectations and Tasks:
Lead the formulation and execution of alliance strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans
Have a material impact on net new, incremental business and drive Annual Contract Value (ACV)
Influence partner organization to expand influence/engagement beyond the Salesforce practice.
Drive revenue-generating programs and initiatives
Identify new / unique offerings to help open new markets & lines of business for Salesforce
Explore avenues for commercializing industry solutions through joint development with partners
Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to drive influence and new business.
Reciprocally champion the partner's value within Salesforce and affiliated companies
Keep up to date of industry trends and policies to offer guidance and insights for partner offerings
Identify target accounts and work closely with sales and partner leadership to expand business
Top Qualifications:
Passion for sales and working with large complex partnerships
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Demonstrated success of quota carrying, alliance or direct sales experience
Highly effective at multitasking
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to execute in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
Ideal Work Experience:
3+ years of experience in alliance, channel sales or channel management roles or direct sales experience
Supporting or working with multiple partner types including Global System Integrators (GSI), and regional System Integrators (SI).
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
