- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to collaborate with German speaking clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in business and media consulting, managing complex customer relationships, and driving significant business growth.
- Experience in reaching and exceeding business targets and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Ability to uncover the needs of stakeholders/customers/users and develop solutions for multiple audiences based on up and mid funnel business objectives.
- Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and operate in a complex environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy.
- Ability to deliver results in evolving technology and market environments.

- Drive YouTube business growth in the DACH region. Focus on video business and drive YouTube growth through excellence in solution pitching and planning.
- Pitch YouTube’s AI-driven ad solutions to key video clients in close collaboration and alignment with industry Sales and Agency teams.
- Set up video strategies for clients and collaborate on video activation plans for industry teams to accelerate growth, address in-quarter and long-term video opportunities.
- Initiate strategic shift of TV and social budgets via deep TV/video expertise and discuss on eye-level with TV buyers, planners, social buyers, negotiate annual video agreements, build up and develop close relationships with TV and social stakeholders.
- Drive mid funnel businesses by creating business collateral and narratives, identifying potential leads, delivering training, creating cases, and sharing practices.
