Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager Solution Consulting - Field Service in Burlington, MA:
Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Develop and implement solutions to achieve business results using ClickSoftware’s products. Responsible for solution conceptualization, design, implementation, maintenance, and interaction with other organizations (Product Marketing, QA, Implementation partners) during the project life cycle. Work with customers to translate business requirements into working solutions. Provide technical assistance and supervision to other project team members. Design the scheduling application functionally including workflow, business rules, and algorithms based on ClickSchedule framework. Design the integration of ClickSoftware’s suite of products with various systems such as customer interactions systems (e.g. Clarify, Vantive, and Siebel) and ERP ( e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP); and lead the solution delivery teams to develop optimal integrated scheduling solutions. Telecommuting is an option. Up to 50% travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Oracle DB; (2) HTML5; (3) Script #; (4) CSS3; (5) C#; (6) SQL; (7) XML, XSL, JSON, REST WebService; (8) CRM: SAP, SFDC, and Oracle; and (9) ClickSchedule, Click Field Service Edge, and ClickMobile Touch. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Up to 50% travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.
