As a Relativity Workflow Enablement Architect, you will be responsible for driving cross functional initiatives in support of Relativity strategic and operational goals, mentoring junior members of the team, supporting process improvement and one-to-one workflow enablement during complex onboarding and ongoing customer servicing. The Relativity Workflow Enablement Architect works independently under the general direction of managers. Role Responsibilities
- Drives cross functional initiatives in support of Relativity strategic and operational goals.
- Lead highly complex workflow enablement activities during onboarding.
- Serves as escalation point to assess, manage, and respond to customer inquiries regarding Relativity workflow across entire product line.
- Capture customer and prospective customer requirements and work with internal teams to create scopes of work and implementation plans to address business needs.
- Own at least one OKR initiative over the calendar year.
- Serve as client surrogate across Relativity to ensure that end user’s perspective is voiced during product development cycle.
- Participate in sales calls and meetings as required and prepare presentation materials.
- Partner with and support initiatives led by the Community Enablement team.
- Provide thought leadership on the standard practices of the team.
- Provide mentorship to the team.
- Competency to work across all four customer segments.
- Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
- Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values.
- Minimum of eight years e-discovery experience.
- Current Relativity Certified Master status.
- Strong knowledge of Relativity Server and RelativityOne best practices.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives.
- Ability to manage cross-departmental initiatives.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals.
- Strong business and IT acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $99,000 and $149,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
