- Work with an agile focused team to design and deliver solutions that solve
- business challenges and problems utilizing Jira, Jira Service Management,
- Confluence, and a variety of apps.
- Perform administrative functions to maintain Jira, Jira Service Management,
- Confluence stability and accessibility.
- Design, test, and deploy integrations between Jira, Jira Service Management, &
- Confluence and other internal systems such as Salesforce, Workday, & Microsoft
- Exchange.
- Promote the adoption of and best practices for Jira, Jira Service Management, &
- Confluence among internal users.
- Address user-reported issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date on Atlassian products, best practices, and agile delivery
- methodologies.
- At least 3+ years of experience working supporting Jira, Jira Service Management & Confluence at the administrative level (e.g. working with boards, user management, workflows, custom fields, context management, add-ons).
- Strong JQL knowledge.
- Speak English proficiently.
- Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies.
- Customer service mindset with relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical & non-technical roles.
- Ability to work with cross-functional, diverse teams.
- Forward-thinking mindset. Ability to solve problems with future goals in mind.
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to deliver results working independently or
- with a team.
- Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices
- This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 139,000 and 209,000 gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
