Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering LMTS in Raleigh, NC:
Job Duties: Work closely with product owners and designers to understand the needs of the business and create feature plans that balance business priorities with technical feasibility, including scope, dependencies, and required test cases. Solve quality problems and ensure high quality which is key to the growth and success of Salesforce software products. Deliver engineering systems and services that are intuitive, fast, scalable, reliable, and secure. Author, publish and review design documents and test plans with a goal of shipping high quality features. Promote code quality by writing clean, readable, maintainable, modular, and efficient code, and review code and mentor other software engineers to help develop their technical skills. Work with feature teams and developers to broaden and improve test coverage and robustness. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Providing implementation guidance on application best practices; (2) enterprise architecture standards; (3) technical solution architecture and design; (4) environment management; (5) testing; (6) functional solution architecture and design; and (7) providing implementation guidance on integration best practices.
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
