Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
- Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
- Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
- Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
- Establish credibility with clients to enhance client outcomes (e.g., knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industries, market specific information, best practices)
- Demonstrate understanding of client business requirements to ensure that their needs are being met
- Serve as liaison between client and internal business leaders to ensure mutual understanding of needs and clear expectations by
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Any Graduate with 3-4 years of Customer Relationship Management experience
- Good Knowledge on MS Office
- Flexible with shifts
- Exposure on Administration, Quality and Audit work
