Position SummaryThe Senior Client Program Manager will lead programs through completion, overseeing successful output. The Senior Client Program Manager will outline the strategic customer program goals and objectives while acting as a liaison between the strategic customer and L&W program staff, upper management, and executives.
Essential Job Functions:
Strategize and outline the goals and objectives of the program
Assign project managers and team members to projects
Estimate and implement program budgets
Set program controls, governance, and standards
Monitor multiple projects through the entire program cycle
Manage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects
Set timelines and due dates
Coordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects in the program
Manage and submit program documentation
Communicate with project managers to address potential risks
Solve problems and issues
Track program progress
Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders
Evaluate and supervise multiple projects
Lead and mentor project staff and team members
Prepare and present progress and budget reports to program directors
Assist team members and project managers when needed to accomplish team goals
Qualifications
5-8 years’ experience in program/product management roles
Previous experience in Gaming preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Cross-functional team building and collaboration skills
Ability to execute a business strategy
Business acumen, action oriented and results driven
Extremely detail oriented
Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques
Able to manage multiple projects, multi-task, and meet established deadlines

Pay Transparency:
The targeted pay range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
