Job Summary:
The Factory Strategy Integration Lead will be a critical in partnering with the factory and leading innovative solutions that align factory planning, company investments to support new products and key program growth. This individual will partner with factories, strategy development, supply chain, and SMEs to drive the implementation of Raytheon strategies that promote long term growth. This role will support the development and prioritization of capital requirements. This individual will need to influence stakeholders including supply chain, finance, and programs to support the strategic alignment of factory and company resources to execute top business priorities and meet the Raytheon LRP.
This is a hybrid role in McKinney, Texas.
What You Will Do:
Partner with factories to drive the implementation and execution of Raytheon strategies that will provide long term growth.
Collaborate across cross functional team of factories, SMEs, strategy, and SBUs to develop solutions to complex problems and meet business results.
Support capital planning and prioritization of capital needs to meet LRP
Communicate and present ideas effectively to senior leadership
Implement sustainable business process solutions.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in industrial engineering, facility planning, strategic planning.
CORE champion
Experience communicating across all levels of an organization and leadership in order to effectively present complex data.
Ability to work well in a constantly evolving work environment.
Ability to travel domestically.
