About the GOLD Program
Avery Dennison is currently recruiting for their Global Organisational Leadership Development (GOLD) Program. This program develops the employee’s knowledge and skills through practical, technical and managerial training. Associates usually carry out several projects in various functions and geographical regions of the company. The program is designed to provide meaningful, as well as challenging work experience through projects that will expose the associate to a variety of our departments within our RBIS business, which includes:
- Production & Manufacturing
- Supply Chain Planning
- Quality Management
- Global Product Development
- Procurement & Logistic
- Enterprise LEAN Sigma & Total Quality
- Environment Health & Safety
Your Possible Roles
Within two 12-month rotations, SOME specific roles that you can take up includes:
- Production Engineer : provide daily technical production support and improve the product quality; support new product development by providing advice on quality risk and handle relative product tests
- Quality Engineer : conduct production line inspection and customer complaint analysis; implement quality improvement projects (e.g. ISO 9001:2000); provide process improvement advice and quality training
- EHS Engineer :- provide support on company safety and compliance works and initiatives.Ensure no recordable injury and safety compliance is as per global standard.
- Supply Chain Analyst : handle data analysis and drive regional capacity planning projects; lead process improvement projects in the production and supply chain planning process
- Logistic / Warehouse Officer : assist to manage the operation of warehouse and dispatch team; ensure timely delivery of goods according to the requirement of quality and safety systemAnd other roles according to the business needs…..

Qualifications
- Applicants have a bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Printing Technology,Electrical,Electronics & Communications,Mechanical,Chemical, Data Science,Operations management, supply chain management, business management or related discipline and a satisfactory GPA.
- Good English proficiency in oral and writing.Local Language will be an added advantage.
- Internship experience in global companies or manufacturing companies is preferred
- Leadership experience in student associations; overseas study / extra curricular activities exposure is preferred
- Highly motivated and creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Effectively communicates at all levels of the organisation
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously; sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects; and works independently and within a team
- Ability to relocate every 12 months into different functions and locations
