As a SOLIDWORKS Product Manager we want you to innovate, define and manage SOLIDWORKS products and SOLIDWORKS 3DEXPERIENCE apps and roles, supporting our strategy and growth plans. Drive the SOLIDWORKS brand revenue, enhance market position & grow market share by delivering the right value/capability/functionality for target market segments. IMAGINE · Analyze and understand the market (including competitive landscape, trends/technologies, partners, etc.), and propose the right product/business strategy based on market coverage, points of differentiation, and points of parity · Provide input to the SOLIDWORKS strategy team on market segmentation, in order to define trends, market opportunities, and risks · Propose possible M&A scenarios · Create and nurture relationships with customers, users, and prospects · Build a 3-year / 1-year SOLIDWORKS strategy plan to support Brand and Industry growth plans · Collaborate with marketing, sales, and the whole SOLIDWORKS ecosystem to ensure a successful launch. Support and influence Go-To-Market initiatives CREATE · Create and execute a rolling 24 months plan · Collect customer scenario and use cases to improve products & applications · Support key customer sales opportunities to promote the portfolio and ensure customer success · Define the packaging and pricing for each role in collaboration with R&D development & pricing teams · Ensure strategic and organizational alignment to support new initiatives with industry, R&D, sales, marketing, operations, and finance PRODUCE · Imagine and define products and solutions delivering customer values and amazing experiences · Create and deliver roles and app collateral for each product release, content for internal trainings, sales kit, etc., for all apps and each release. · Articulate the value of roles & applications through stories, demonstrations, videos, etc. · Assess and validate product readiness for launch as part of the implementation process in relation with R&D and QA ADVOCATE · Be an evangelist for our products and technologies at internal & external events · Actively engage and communicate with all internal and external key stakeholders · Comply with all related R&D processes, meet key activity and performance indicators Qualifications: · Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related field degree · Strong knowledge of the MCAD industry is required · At least 3 years of SolidWorks/CAD experience is preferred - managing, selling, consulting, or using · Ability to manage multiple projects independently from start to finish, set and meet deadlines, and interact positively with employees at all levels, external vendors, resellers, prospects, and customers. · Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperience in image/video recording and editing tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, etc. · Ability to understand and communicate complex technical subjects in a clear and concise manner · Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
