- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in project management, with 2 years of leadership experience within a marketing organization or agency setting.
- Experience executing and managing multiple large, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, and designing and implementing processes to streamline operations.
- Experience leading social and digital projects and working with an interdisciplinary Brand team.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems at scale.
- Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships with a diverse community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.
- Lead team of successful marketing program managers while also designing and implementing scalable processes to drive Brand Studio’s overall effectiveness.
- Partner with teams to drive execution of key initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and driving comprehensive marketing project plans with clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, roles and responsibilities, budgets and more.
- Ensure timely and tailored communication.
- Address potential roadblocks and identify solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage budget to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant spend, finding savings, and ensuring our budget is supporting our highest priority work.
