The Role The Vice President of Enterprise Artificial Intelligence is responsible for bringing together the technical execution, vision and strategy of AI initiatives across ServiceNow. We are looking for an AI technical expert who is a shaper, influencer and transformative leader who can connect the dots of data, AI, and our enterprise businesses. You will drive the technology AI and Data governance, data pipelines, model-build environments, AI operations and educate and influence AI across Now on Now. Key Deliverables include:
- Build AI capability within the Digital Technology organization, custom models, and leverage 3rd party AI applications and tools to help build a comprehensive AI tech stack.Bring together the Enterprise AI program by shaping and coalescing AI use cases across the company and ensuring organizational alignment.
- Build AI solutions, such as customer satisfaction, revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Establish the protocols and platform for scalable federated AI development across ServiceNow.
- Ensure the governance of data sets and AI models with focus on risk management, performance management of the models, and value management.
- Through inspirational leadership, lead a team of AI engineers, researchers, and program managers, and collaborate with other senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful AI solutions that enhance the company's products, services, and operations.
- Educate the company on AI, use-case applications, and provide thought-leadership in human-machine interaction, adoption, and value realization.
- Influence ServiceNow business and technology cultures to orient towards AI.
- Define and communicate the company's Enterprise AI vision, mission, and roadmap to internal and external audiences.
- Build and mentor a high-performing AI team that fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Drive the development and deployment of AI solutions that address the company's business challenges and opportunities and deliver measurable value and competitive advantage.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, scalability, and security of the AI solutions, and adhere to the best practices and standards of AI ethics and governance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the AI solutions and identify and implement opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the AI field, and leverage external partnerships, networks, and resources to enhance the company's AI capabilities and reputation.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in TECHNICALLY leading and managing AI projects and teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- 15+ years as a dynamic, scaling enterprise data and/or platform, application, software development leader, including 5+ years in an executive role.
- Strong working knowledge and expertise in various AI frameworks, tools, platforms, and methodologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
- Prior experience in AI development and engineering.
- Proven Leadership experience driving enterprise product development and delivery in $10B.+ revenue stream.
- Proven track record of delivering successful and impactful AI solutions that address complex and diverse business problems and opportunities.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, with a focus on AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or related areas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex and technical concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower the AI team and the broader organization.
- High degree of creativity, innovation, and passion for AI, and a commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
