Job Requisition ID # 24WD76046 Position Overview Focus on selling directly to customers from inbound calls and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to achieve quarterly targets. Interact with clients of all levels, in multiple industries, across a certain geographical market. You will be responsible for quickly developing and transacting orders with a growing emphasis on nurturing long-lasting relationships between customers and Autodesk. When more specialized discovery and more in-depth sales activities are needed, opportunities will be qualified and then transferred. This is a target-based role with great incentives and a compensation plan. You will be to start with a new team based in Costa Rica and you will report to Business Development Manager. This role is a hybrid role with some presence expected in our Costa Rica office. Responsibilities
- Manage and transact business directly with customers from inbound (hotline) and outbound calls with the help of MQLs
- Identify customer type/need early in the discussion to route i.e. Direct & Territory
- Create, build, close, and transact a qualified pipeline of customers
- Qualify and map partners, business processes, and technical requirements on deals
- Transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary
- Create additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs/promos or projects initiated by sales management
- Manage a database of leads using Salesforce, processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining to close or transferring to the appropriate team
- Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities by Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities among outbound calls, inbound calls, training, administration, and career development
- Navigate Autodesk resources to accommodate the needs of customers

- Passion for sales
- Native Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Advanced level of English
- Outbound calling skills
- Verbal and written skills
- Desired experience in the software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environment, interacting with clients of all levels, in multiple industries and across a broad geographical area
- Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems
- Familiarity with sales processes and certain selling methodologies
- Manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat
- Experience with Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities
- Instinct for innovation
- Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing within sales and sales support to facilitate a better customer experience
- Own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close
