Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in client relationships and oversee client assignments
- Advanced analytics, including a wide range of machine learning, applied to traditional data, real world data and new data sources is required to meet our customers needs in the areas of growth and retention, site of service, total cost of care and social determinants of health/health equity
- Support sales and product development initiatives

In addition, you will need to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in your area of expertise while also mentoring and developing best-in-class actuaries.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Candidates must be on the Actuarial exam track, having passed a minimum of 4 or more Actuarial exams
- 5+ years of Actuarial experience
- 3+ years of experience managing and providing work direction to a team leading projects and/or team members
- Experience with SAS, R and/or Python
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASA or FSA designation
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI and Python
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, including social determinants of health (SDOH)
- Prior consulting experience or actuarial experience with a payer
- Predictive analytics/Machine learning experience
