We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Director to join the Brands Central FP&A team. This leader will manage a team of 5-7 and will report into the Senior Director, Brands FP&A. The Director will work across the EG finance ecosystem, serve as a key thought partner to the Brands CFO, and work directly with both the President and COO of the Brands Organization. What you'll do:
- Lead a team that provides financial management support and insight for 80% of EG’s revenue
- Advance our Overhead management and best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining processes
- Oversee and manage the execution of the Brands Plan and E2E monthly forecasts
- Manage R&O consolidation and scenario modelling to help guide key business decisions
- Lead and deliver against key finance strategic initiatives
- Continuously raise the bar of talent
- Leadership experience in a variety of analytical, strategic, and high-visibility finance roles
- Proven track record in driving excellence in financial planning and insight
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence and drive leadership to decisions
- Comfortable creating positive relationships across a number of teams and supporting c-suite level leaders
- Proven track record to work autonomously and lead a broad range of projects simultaneously and efficiently
- Able to evaluate and make recommendations across opposing and equally critical business needs
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment
- Drive high standards for individual, team, and organizational accomplishment; tenaciously work towards challenging goals
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of business operations and the organizational levers (systems, processes, departments, functions) that drive profitable growth
