Job Description: The wage range for this position is $65000 - $74000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in the Tampa office required. (No relocation assistance offered.) You are: A performance-driven FP&A professional who has experience supporting finance leadership in analytical and reporting needs. This role is relationship-oriented and will execute day-to-day FP&A activities alongside your teammates located in Tampa and interacting with our outsourcing provider, which is located in India (working US hours). You will be expected to partner with various Business Units and Financial leadership teams, as well as Corporate leadership teams. Your main role will be acting as a business partner to the Global E-Commerce Business Unit and working with Transportation Operations and Finance Teams. You will:
- Preparing periodic budgets and plan templates
- Preparing periodic financial forecasts templates
- Performing Revenue and Sales Analysis
- Performing P&L & B/S Variance Analysis
- Reporting on week over week variances, with detailed commentaries including but not limited to, Linehaul utilization reporting, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) reporting, Soft Close reporting.
- Coordinate variance analysis of budget-to-actuals through cross-functional collaboration with Accounting
- Reconciling systems (SAP/Cognos) and taking corrective action
- Document current state processes, where they don’t exist, and be comfortable training others in service delivery
- Work actively with cross-functional teams to drive project completion impacting various accounting and finance areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 Years of experience of financial analyst
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work well with others
- Well organized and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel Knowledge Required
- Transportation industry experience
- PMR/ Essbase, Cognos and SAP
- SQL/Snowflake/PowerBI Experience
