About the Team: As Compensation Analyst you will participate and support global annual compensation review process including merit, promotions, performance, bonus and equity. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis to support strategic compensation decisions and ensure compensation data accuracy across HRIS platforms and partner with HR Technology team on system automation and enhancement. Responsibilities:
- Be a compensation partner to departments to understand needs and identify necessary solutions.
- Support in creating the Total Reward training and presentation.
- Manage compensation operational activities including: People Support Ticket system, compensation system interface, Compliance and Audit, Payroll interface, Finance Accrual
- Partnership with HR Operations team in managing Rewards and Recognition programs reporting and vendor management.
- Support data analysis for executives' compensation.
- Administrate compensation policies to ensure consistency and equity.
- Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing compensation.
- Participate in corporate M&A Projects (e.g. development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, and people.)
- Work across-functionally to participate in projects based on the our requirements and global compliance needs.
- The minimum education level required Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years' experience managing compensation analysis and/or administration in a public company.
- Advanced skill level in Excel/PowerPoint
- Experience managing large sets of data with the ability to interpret and present compensation data and insight.
- Willingness to pitch in and collaborate in a hands-on manner and
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, human resources management, or related field
- Understanding of economic and accounting principles and practices and the analysis of financial data
