At Northrop Grumman, you'll have the resources, support, and team to do some of the best work of your career.Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Principal Reg Compliance Analyst to join their team in Linthicum, Md or one of our locations in California (San Diego, Woodland Hills, or Sunnyvale). This is open to a hybrid schedule (we are not open to considering a full time remote employee). What You'll Get to Do: Responsibilities:In this position, the successful candidate will be the primary interface/point of contact with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and other internal stakeholders managing and coordinating post submittal/pre-award proposal audits and other related Contracts and Pricing audits and internal assessments.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain procedures and recommend best practices, tools, and other resources to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements impacting our Estimating System.
- Develop and implement impactful program initiatives, communications, and training designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies and pricing best practices.
- Investigates and resolves compliance questions received from the Pricing & Estimating organization, other functions, and government regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years related work experience or 4 years with a Masters.
- Strong proficiency in contracting, to include solid knowledge in FAR/DFARs.
- Exceptional analytical skills, detail-oriented, effective and collaborative communicator, strategic thinker, and ability to manage multiple complex matters.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required.
- This position requires working with online due diligence tools.
- Strong working experience with Northrop Grumman Policies and Procedures.
