As a People Team (PT) Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for US HR Operations which consists of three teams: the Verification of Employment (VOE) team, the Time & Labor team, and the Data Corrections team. Position works in tandem with the satellite office located in India who also support the US population. The role provides the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of priorities including project management, team leadership, risk management, and building business partner relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Trains, coaches, and develops team members
- Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of People Team Operations teams
- Partners with People Team Operations Project Lead to monitor project cycles, coordinate testing, and keep projects on track
- Works closely with payroll and other business partners to ensure work is completed accurately and system issues are addressed and resolved
- Ensures workflow is appropriately dispersed between US and India teams while building positive team relationships
- Provide coverage for the leadership/manager; and hold team in their absence by providing guidance and support to staff
- Participation in the sessions that benefits to keep self and the team up to date in regard with the policies, procedures, system, and tools
- Spot opportunity for process improvements and participation in global innovation programs and projects.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Bachelor’s in human resources)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience into employee service environment with US HR experience in Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations
- 2+ years of experience in manager role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, PowerBI, Oracle HCM, Service Now (Good to have)
- Proven solid written and verbal communication skills
