Job Description We are looking for a Media Campaign Manager Intern to join our global brand media and sponsorship team. The ideal candidate will be hungry to learn more about marketing, media and brand. They will have had some exposure to marketing and media in the format of education and/or work experience. Most of all, they are a person with a “get stuff done” attitude and keenness to use every opportunity to learn more and grow their knowledge base. They use critical thinking to build solutions and inject creativity into everyday. They won’t be afraid of data and are comfortable with analysing vast data sets to find meaningful and impactful insights. They have an international outlook on life and want to learn more about cultures beyond their immediate world. They are not afraid to take on new tasks and learn on the job. This position will be supporting the EMEA brand media and sponsorship team across strategy, implementation, reporting and analysis and include elements such as: · Support the management of complex, cross-channel media campaigns that delivers on business goals and KPIs · Support the management of select sponsorships in EMEA · Participate in setting up, monitoring and analysing media activities in EMEA and reporting on these. · Partner with internal teams (creative, analytics, performance and more) to engage in specific projects · Support digital set up in Europe together with global team · Partner with operational teams (internal and external), to ensure flawless launch across programmatic, direct, social, and strategic media partners, · Support project management of custom content with key media content partners and agency(ies) of record, from kick-off, execution, launch, and post-campaign reporting Qualifications Who you are:
- Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus (especially French and German) · Keen interest in following the trends of marketing, media and sponsorship activations · Ability to manage competing priorities, multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders, international partners and time zones · Has strong interest in gaining o Experience with media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Marketing Platform products (SA360, DV360, etc), Facebook/Instagram o Experience of executing channel programs in key brand media channels such as display, social, programmatic, digital video (OTT, CTV, OLV etc.), content programs, linear TV, OOH, experiential, etc. o Understanding of ad operations, media reporting processes, and QA, including implementation of media platform pixels, IAS, and UTMs. o Understanding of ad technology ecosystem and concepts such as ad serving, bidding platforms, ad fraud and viewability, DSPs and SSPs.
