- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7 years of experience in management consulting, project management from a public accounting firm, or multi-national company focused in procurement, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree
- Experience supporting multiple cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, designing procurement processes and systems including ERP systems, OR, e-procurement platforms, or other related tools
- Experience working across teams on supporting and configuring third-party enterprise software solutions
- Ability to synthesize business requirements into a cohesive strategy, formulate corresponding solution designs, and implement procurement processes such as contract management
- Analytical skills and ability to extract, transform, and analye large data sets from various sources in order to inform strategies and guide key decisions
- Excellent people and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience
- Expertise in enterprise procurement processes/systems across source-to-pay lifecycle
- Project management capabilities with facilitation
- Collaborate with Procurement Capability and IT teams to provide live SME user support, manage escalations, optimize product support processes, and improve metrics.
- Set up and analyze user feedback and engagement (customer survey, CSAT) and Product KPIs to generate insights for product improvements.
- Assess feature requests and bugs (impact/effort) to support prioritization for roadmap discussions. Identify inefficiencies in existing procurement processes and systems, and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Recommend continuous improvement actions/plans to our stakeholders (systems, tools, process, usage). Drive adoption of standardized procurement systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across Google's buying journey.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the technical solution to the business.
