Job Description As a Product Pricing Strategy Manager, you will help develop and execute strategic Pricing and Packaging recommendations to drive growth for ServiceNow's Creator Workflow Business Unit. Responsibilities include:
- Develop the pricing and monetization strategy across Creator Workflow offerings informed by data-driven insights and market feedback
- Conduct periodic reviews of product price performance and define, track and measure pricing KPIs, identifying actionable decision insights to improve Pricing and Packaging
- Support Business Unit in getting alignment on Pricing and Packaging changes and passing Pricing Committee approval reviews
- Translate pricing strategy into executable plans, partnering cross functionally with Product Management, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Sales Enablement teams
- Assist in identifying new business and growth opportunities to create incremental growth, including new pricing models and go to market approaches
- 5 or more years of experience in technology industry across pricing, sales strategy, business operations or product strategy. Experience in enterprise technology or low-code app development products a plus
- 3 or more years of Pricing Strategy, Product Management, GTM or Business Strategy experience in a technology or consulting firm
- Strong proficiency with synthesizing and analyzing large data sets
- A framework or process by which to make decisions, and experience applying value-based pricing theories and analytical methodologies
- Expertise in designing pricing or marketing surveys such as conjoint analyses, A-B testing or equivalent
- An effective communicator and highly effective in securing buy-in on monetization strategies from executives and leaders across the business
