Job Description Team Serving public sector customers is an integral part of ServiceNow’s business and future growth trajectory. Role In this role, you will be responsible for the success of the US National Security Cloud (NSC), our purpose-built cloud dedicated to our United States Department of Defense customers. In this high visibility role, you will get the chance to own the P&L for our newly launched, fastest-growing regulated cloud. You will work directly with our US DoD customers and partners to understand their pain points and interface with our field sales team to grow the business. You will own the environment, develop the product strategy, stay abreast of changing government regulations around data, cybersecurity, and AI, and maintain the product roadmap. In addition, you will directly influence the roadmap of the ServiceNow Platform and suite of SaaS applications to better serve this specialized segment of customers. Reporting to Product Lead - Americas, Regulated Markets & Public Sector Industry, you will be a key member of a team that drives the growth of ServiceNow’s public sector business. What you get to do in this role:
- Understand the unique needs and pain points of US Department of Defense customers
- Be an evangelist on our cloud offerings for the US DoD, conducting discovery, collecting customer feedback, understanding common asks, and prioritizing needs across the ServiceNow portfolio
- Influence and coordinate across sales, legal, security, marketing, FP&A, and other product managers to deliver the best customer experience for the National Security Cloud
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the National Security Cloud (NSC) environment
- Drive P&L accountability for the NSC environment
- Support monitoring competitive intelligence as input into product strategy
- Serve as a subject matter expert and central point of contact for company-wide programs relevant to NSC
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B Product Management Experience
- US Citizenship and located within the United States
- Demonstrated aptitude for leading by influence with both business (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) and technical (e.g., engineering) stakeholders
- Sense of ownership for both identifying the right problem to solve and driving towards a solution
- Ability to work in a complex, ambiguous, and dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in slides; premium for precision and clarity of language
- Experience working with B2B technology products
- Experience working with the U.S. federal government
- As-a-Service product experience (familiar with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS products)
