The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Compensation Partner who will assist in providing consultation on compensation matters to managers, leaders, and HR Business Partners.
Day in the Life:
- Support the Compensation team by maintaining job profiles, completing Workday tasks, responding to HR help cases, and working on special projects and analysis as requested.
- Support administration of the merit, bonus programs, sales incentive plans, and promotion activities as needed.
- Review and advise on proposed salary actions (base salary, adjustments, promotions, etc.) and support managers with questions.
- Participate in completing salary surveys and market pricing.
- Maintains knowledge and stays abreast of developments in the fields of business, finance, human resources, and our industry.
- Keeps current with legislation impacting compensation and determines potential implications to ensure continued compliance.
- Understanding of business/sales strategies and plans.
- Demonstrated planning, multi-tasking, organization, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to educate and advise leaders, present recommendations to executive leaders and influence decision making.
Experience:
- Three years’ Human Resources experience with a minimum one year experience in a Compensation related position.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience in analyzing data, reporting,
- HRIS systems experience (Workday is a plus)

For California, Colorado and New York Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$60,400.00 - $75,500.00Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
