Our team in Denmark is looking for a Business Development Intern based in Copenhagen. You will join a vibrant team with the focus of developing business opportunities by researching and connecting with HR/ L&D Stakeholders and Decision Makers at some of the largest companies in Denmark. You will be offering them opportunities to advance their strategic objectives by improving their employees' leadership capabilities and performance. It’s important to note that the internship is unpaid.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves a high level of collaboration with Account Managers to create customised plans for specific target organisations, map the account structure and keep abreast of their business objectives in line with Hult EF solutions offering:
- Research target accounts and prospect new clients to gather valuable market intelligence
- Identify target account’s business needs and challenges
- Engage with senior stakeholders in target accounts and have informative conversations by asking relevant questions about their business needs and goals
- Recruit clients to Hult EF webinars and events
- Ensure that Salesforce contains accurate account details and contact information.
- Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process
- Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date
The Skills & Experience We Look For

You are currently studying within the field of Business, sales, marketing, communication
- Strong communication and relational sales skills. You have a genuine passion for initiating business conversations with multiple contacts in target organisations primarily via phone, email and/or LinkedIn
- Challenge mindset to raise interest and influence executives to think differently about people development
- An experience working with education products and/or HR executives and Learning & Development Directors community is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and Danish
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Hungry, driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
