Job Requisition ID # 24WD77287 We're seeking a Customer Trust Engagement Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to communicate how Autodesk is building and maintaining trust among our customers. This includes customer briefings, content creation, and working closely with internal stakeholders from different organizations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trust strategies to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborate within the Trust Org, and with Sales Ops, Legal, customer-facing teams, and product teams to provide accurate information to customers, and deliver customer feedback.
- Communicate information on security, privacy, risk and compliance practices that build trust in our products and services.
- Develop content for Autodesk Trust Center that reinforces our commitment to customer trust.
- Present information, and respond to customer inquiries and escalations regarding Autodesk Trust domains.
- Contribute to ideas and activities designed to build Autodesk's brand as a trusted partner to our customers and the market.
- Bachelor's degree .
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity as a practitioner, security product marketing, or security technical sales.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior and feedback.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and diplomacy.
