- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, product management, or tech consulting
- Experience in simultaneously managing multiple internal/external projects
- Ability to promote, influence, and drive complex/large-scale product integrations
- Ability to exceed quarterly business goals within the context of channel partnerships
- Ability to manage cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and influence their priortization and OKRs
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups of all levels, on both technical and non-technical matters
- Manage and maximize customer acquisition and business generation through Google's Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) channel partners.
- Implement processes for managing, engaging, and expanding partnerships.
- Develop strategic account plans with focus toward identifying creative, business generating initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional team (e.g., Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, Editorial/Optimization, Product) towards a common goal with specific partners. Train new partners on how to promote and fulfill Google advertising products.
- Forecast and report business and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts. Lead ad hoc projects focused on the strategic growth of the program. Speak at relevant industry events as a Google advocate.
