Job Requisition ID # 24WD77728 You will work in a hybrid position reporting directly to the Senior Manager Japan Hub Sales. The Strategic Territory has assigned accounts in small/middle segments of Architecture Engineering Construction and Manufacturing in the Inside Sales organization. You will Grow the business of our Strategic Territory by Account Based selling while supervising Strategic Territory Sales reps (STSR) Role/Purpose You will increase revenue by managing important initiatives and sales performance for the Strategic Territory sales organization through qualified opportunities.
- Supervise STSRs through training sessions and mentoring while considering prioritization of allocated resources
- You will develop strategies and Business planning
- Improve and accelerate our Account plans based on Account-based selling models
- Build quarterly forecasts and lead the sales activities to achieve the forecasts based on budgets.
- Generate pipelines and manage the generated pipelines toward 5 quarters
- Be a subject matter expert of our products, services, and industries
- Work with the relevant departments such as other Inside sales, Channel sales, Marketing, Sales operations, Client service, and Customer success
- Lead the activities of our sales team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance management
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Guide Outcome-based selling (value selling ) to the customers due to growing the Strategic Territory business
- Collaborate with Marketing to build campaigns and ensure lead quality and quantity with proper closed-loop metric reporting
- Develop relationships with our channel partners to improve the performance to exceed customer's expectations
- Report on team and individual results: account plan, pipelines, conversion rates, and billing/ACV attainments
- Collaborate with our internal sales operation team members on reporting and analysis. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity
- Build annual Sales strategy and Sales business plan quarterly
- Chart and deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management (5 quarter pipeline management)
- Collaborate with other internal organizations and coordinate internal resources
- Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are used to process and track opportunities
- Direct team with corporate goals and uses SMART goals to achieve success
- Participate in exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizations
- People management experience over 5 years
- Work at IT industries such as SaaS, Hardware, cloud solutions
- Commitment to achieve Sales targets
- Have experience of management for Account-based Selling
- Excellent pipeline management and the ability to forecast based on the pipelines
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability dealing with complex issues, and unexpected changes,
- Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on our products and industry knowledge
- At least high fluency in Japanese with the ability to use English in Business situations
