Department Overview: Portfolio Management, Enablement & Operations
The Portfolio Management, Enablement and Operations team aligns Data and Analytics (DnA) investments with strategic goals by prioritizing and driving the execution of high-value projects, assuring product quality and customer satisfaction, and showcasing our value broadly with stakeholders. We enable both staff and customer productivity and promote the perceived value of DnA amongst our stakeholders through execution of projects in the areas of learning, communications, operations, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for facilitating the prioritization of all work across teams and alignment of products to business capabilities for their respective DnA portfolio. Portfolio Managers are responsible for a set of programs from beginning to end, ensuring business outcomes are at the heart of solutions and more effective communication. This person will partner with our leadership team to drive strategy, in addition to helping to plan and organize teams to help execute the vision for our key initiatives. Primary focus will be working with our Data Strategy & Management leaders, along with our other Data and Analytics, Business Technology, and Marketing Technology product teams to ensure overall portfolio health. This is an individual contributor role.

Lead portfolios by building and driving sustainable operating models, accounting for all stakeholders, cross-team planning processes and cross-functional timelines.
Craft portfolio and program structure to organize delivery of key business outcomes and targeted value propositions.
Develop strong partnerships with key team leaders to align on business goals across divisions Be a trusted partner for the senior leadership team ensuring success for multiple programs.
Drive decision-making for the portfolio, identify and communicate major risks and ensure there is a clear resolution path.
Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define success metrics, KPIs, and prioritize programs that will yield the highest business benefit.
Proactively manage dependencies across multiple programs, teams, functions, divisions, and partners.
Drive headcount planning and help identify capacity issues.
Anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency that prevent teams from delivering on program goals.
Provide portfolio business reviews and updates to senior stakeholders, SVP level and below with crisp delivery.
Provide visibility to portfolio status (issues, risks, metrics, etc.) on an ongoing basis to all stakeholders, team members and Leadership.
Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning.
12+ years experience managing technical, complex initiatives & projects from concept to completion for a SaaS/PaaS based Product Development organization.
Experience with data management best practices, data transformation projects, and/or AI/ML based solution implementation.
Ability to successfully partner with all functions across the entire company.
Experience with the product development lifecycle, software development life cycle practicing principles of Lean and Agile and how to blend with traditional project management best practices.
Proven ability to work effectively and prioritize and organize your work and the work of others to align with broader organizational vision and goals
Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills conducive to driving consensus and customized approaches for different audiences
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with an ability to exercise sound judgment in resolving issues and conflict.
Ability to execute and manage performance and expectations within a cross-functional, matrix management environment
Significant experience overcoming the difficulties of managing projects with remote and global team members.
