Job Description Workplace Experience:
- Effectively drive associate programs together with the team that reinforce Dynatrace Culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure that the office is managed according to their procedures and guidelines, including managing office supplies and refreshments, applicable
- Deliver exceptional event experiences tailored to the needs of your office location and the Dynatrace community at large
- Work on employee benefits administration, ensuring alignment, improvement, and competitiveness of our employee benefits in collaboration with the People Operations Team
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach
- Assist in resolving employee issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Support the delivery of core HR processes and responsibilities across the employee lifecycle
- Collaborate with other People & Culture teams to implement and maintain HR policies and processes and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
- Support and participate in innovative solutions and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team.
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Empathic, human-centric mindset and solution-driven thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Effective team player who exhibits strong collaboration skills
- Experience as an HR practitioner and/or familiarity with HR practices, including employment laws and regulations (preferred)
