We work with fortune 500 and the largest Danish multi-national enterprises
Our team in Denmark is looking for a Business Development Intern based in Copenhagen. You will join a vibrant team with the focus of developing business opportunities by researching some of the largest companies headquartered in Denmark and connecting with their international markets and stakeholders. You will have productive B2B conversations with them about their language and communication needs and set-up, so we can provide the best service and support. It’s important to note that the internship is unpaid.
The Team
You will join a high-performing and ambitious team, who are highly dedicated to helping our clients. We also like to have fun at work and socialise with the other teams. We are part of EF, Education First, and share office with other divisions consisting of 20 young people, who work within B2C.
What you will do
The role focuses on finding new business opportunities, where you will ensure the quality of leads while finding relevant stakeholders for the team to approach as we expand our market presence. You will often be the first point of contact with potential customers.
· Research agreed upon target accounts and prospect new clients to gather valuable market intelligence
· Identify target account’s business needs and challenges
· Engage with relevant stakeholders in target accounts and have informative conversations by asking relevant questions about their business needs and goals
· Recruit clients to Hult EF webinars and events
· Ensure that our systems contain accurate account details and contact information
· Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process
The Skills & Experience We Look For
· You are currently studying within the field of business, sales, marketing, communication
· Strong communication- and relational sales skills. You have a genuine passion for initiating conversations with people in organisations primarily via phone, email and/or LinkedIn.
· Challenge-mindset to raise interest and influence stakeholders to think differently about people development
· Open and motivated about reaching out to potential new clients and having productive meetings
· Fluent in both English and Danish
