Job Summary: In this role, you will join a small, highly-focus team working to develop and maintain signal-processing applications for use in a real-time operational environment. The team members are multi-disciplined and contribute across all phases of systems engineering, software development, integration and test, and metrics. The team works closely with operations personnel to meet unique and continuously evolving development needs. - Act as Scrum Master for the development team.
- Have a direct impact on critical operational capability.
- Gain experience with the full software lifecycle including design, development, test, delivery, and maintenance.
- Modernize Cloud development practices and utilize Agile processes.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of relevant software development experience.
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience with cloud-based SW architecture and technologies.
- Experience with DevSecOps delivery paradigm.
- Experience with Atlassian toolset.
- Familiar with DOCKER containers, Kubernetes Orchestration.
- Familiar with GO, Python.
- Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance is also required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Familiar with Gitlab pipeline preferred.
- SIGINT or signal processing experience.
- Understanding of Software Engineering processes and best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methods.
