The Onsite Support Representative (Medical Collections) will receive between 700 – 800 requests from collectors and billers, to mail appeals, medical records, and patient letters to payers and patients. We support over 900 collectors and billers from onshore to offshore. The collector/billers send us requests via a task system and place their requested documents on a shared space. Support opens the account in the task system, reviews request, opens documents, completes HIPAA, and prints the documents to a shared printer or large volume printer. The request includes printing UB04’s and 1500’s on a red and white form, as well as Medi-Cal CIF, LTC, and appeal forms. The team member prepares the document(s), completes the task via the system, and mails the documents. An electronic form of certified mail is used when applicable. This position is full-time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm, no holidays. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1 East Washington, Suite 900, Phoenix, AZ 85004. We offer 6 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm AZ Time, Monday - Friday. Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive and review all correspondence daily.
- Follow up on assigned insurance accounts.
- Assist all hospital employees with any needs that arise.
- Our ideal candidate is an adept communicator; deadline oriented, and self-motivated, with excellent follow-up and customer service skills.
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- 6+ months of Medical Collections experience
- 6+ months experience with Direct healthcare data collection
- 6+ months exposure to the acquiring and/or managing of data to support a project
- Basic Proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work 100% onsite at 1 East Washington, Suite 900, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

- Background in a medical/healthcare setting
