HR People Analytics Analyst As a HR People Analytics Analyst/Associate at Millennium, you will work with stakeholders to understand the information they want analyzed and made available to them. The HR People Analytics Analyst/Associate will respond to ad hoc requests, create standard reports and develop analytical packages. - Develop reporting and analytics deliverables across all functions of HCM
- Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and analytical goals
- Manage the request in take process to ensure the team is being responsive to requests
- Quality ensure standard reports are working as expected and documented
- Keep stakeholders posted on progress. Bring key decisions to stakeholders and inform them of any major issues.
- 2+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics, preferable experience in HR domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Tableau/Excel skill required
- SQL expertise preferred
- Alteryx or similar tool experience preferred
- Positive individual with strong communication skills; able to interface well with stakeholders and development teams both in and out of region
- Detail oriented and strong ownership of work
- Demonstrate good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data
