- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working in an enterprise sales business in strategy, operations, events or program management.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a global environment and creating cross-cultural experiences that resonate with all groups.
- Experience with the full budget life-cycle, from creation to analysis and adherence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Ability to grow in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
About the jobIn this role, you will be the point of contact for our Incentive Events Cloud team. You will partner closely with leadership, communications, finance, and external partners to drive the various events globally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Be the end-to-end project manager for the program, responsible for all aspects of planning, execution, and reporting (i.e., budgeting, location selection, expense tracking, agency management, on-site planning).
- Secure stakeholder approval for event proposals and budgets, and provide executive updates on progress.
- Oversee the annual award process from start to finish, including managing stakeholders, embedding awards into communications, and continuously improving the process.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure that they deliver on agreed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
