What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Head of Talent and Organizational Development, the incumbent will be a critical member of the HR team with responsibility for CLS’s learning and development programs and supporting CLS’s talent management agenda. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to advise learning and development initiatives. As the key point of contact for CLS’s newly implemented learning management system, the incumbent will have an exciting opportunity to help embed the system and develop supporting engagement initiatives. In addition to focusing on learning and development, this role will work closely with the HR business partners to implement ongoing talent management programs, with a responsibility for developing organizational communications, guidance and supporting ongoing enhancement of CLS’s talent programs.
- Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide consultative guidance and feedback to the business on design and approach to required trainings
- Manage CLS’s annual training agenda (including coordination of required/compliance trainings with business stakeholders)
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of talent processes and create effective guidance and communications to support implementation
- Assess training needs for the business and develop resourceful strategies for addressing
- Assess training and development needs through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and communication with managers
- Creates organizes, plans and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees
- Creates and/r acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course material
- Assess training materials proposed by external learning vendors
- Develop programs to support employee development (e.g. soft skills, leadership, targeted coaching, etc.) and guide vendors to ensure alignment with CLS’s goals
- Contribute to ongoing administration of the learning management system including but not limited to training assignments, tracking attendance/completion, uploading new content and responding to inquiries, with support from HR Operations team members
- Own end-to-end coordination, scheduling and logistics for training programs
- Develop communications and curate content for the learning management system
- Partner with the HR analytics team on L&D reporting and measurement
- Partner with the HRBP team to assess future developmental needs of divisions within the business.
- Manage overall training calendar for the year, and coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure they can plan towards targeted deadlines
- Support with the creation of talent & OD materials and guides for executive and all-employee communications
- Project manage implementation of key talent & OD programs by developing timelines and engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
- Create communications and speaking notes to support business partners with talent & OD related change management communications
- Manage multiple training vendor relationships and ensure adherence to vendor policy within CLS
- Facilitate team building and manager assimilation activities withing the business
- Develop communications and engagement initiatives to support continued development of the learning management system
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Talent and OD or related fields, with progressive responsibilities
- Experience working with/administering a learning management system
- Experience coordinating and developing training within an organizational context
- Experience with managing or developing curriculum of required/compliance training preferred
- Knowledge of key talent management & OD models and industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Adept with a variety of multimedia platforms and methods
- Ability to research and evaluate training options and alternatives
- Extremely proficient with MS Office Suite and related program software
- Proven stakeholder management
- Agile approach to delivery of OD

Professional qualifications / certifications
- HR certification a plus but not essential.
Expected full-time salary range between $125,000 - $160,000 + variable compensation + 401(k) match + benefits.
