- Experience developing technical roadmaps and plans to implement end-to-end solutions, and effective communication of the roadmap to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in a commerce related field.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
As part of the Buyer Experience team, you will launch new features for a strategic level OKR to make payments a core part of the Play’s user journey that impacts both end user friction and developer app business generation performance. You will work on launching initiatives on the Play store to enable more seamless and secure checkouts.
Google Play offers music, movies, books, apps and games for devices, powered by the cloud. It syncs across devices and on the web. As part of the Android and Mobile team, Googlers working on Google Play do everything from engineering our backend systems, to shaping product strategy, to forming great content partnerships. They make it possible for people to do things like buy an ebook or song on their Android phone, then have it instantly available on their laptop. The Google Play team enhances the Android ecosystem by giving developers and partners a premium store where they can reach millions of users.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Work with a cross functional team to identify and implement compelling global interventions to prime users to be purchase ready through personalization, compelling content and gamification with guidance from senior members.
- Collaborate with teams including Apps, Games, Core Store, Core GTM Growth and Payments teams to produce PRDs and other key deliverables to achieve the objective.
- Partner with the Analytics and Data Science to design metrics, conduct experiments and glean insights for further product improvements.
- Partner with UXR to understand global user motivations, regional payment and security industry trends to design new product features in this space.
