As the primary departmental point of contact for special accounts, this role works closely with print experience managers and directors, sales teams, school district administrators, and vendors.Position Type : This is a regular , full-time position .Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 63,410 and $ 92,197 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.Location : In this US-based position your location will be remote .Benefits: Eligible employees may receive the following benefits-

- Provide exceptional customer service to special accounts, as it relates to print materials.
- Lead the planning and execution of preparation for delivery to special accounts.
- Take initiative to understand customers' unique requirements, collecting and providing relevant information as needed.
- Coordinate print experience efforts to address and service unique needs of key customer accounts; collaborate with department leadership to develop bespoke processes and strategies.
- Build trust to develop and leverage relationships with internal teams and account executives to communicate and progress customer needs and expectations.
- Conduct customer check-ins to provide in-person support as needed.
- Maintain a realistic understanding of organizational capacity and balance that against what is necessary to respond to the needs and expectations of each special account.
- Develop methods to monitor and track progress and report high-level summaries to customers, success managers, and leadership.
- Identify areas where improvements are paramount and implement carefully considered suggestions and strategies for resolution.
- Be vigilantly aware of the status of critical elements at all times, communicating status and risk to relevant stakeholders, team, and partners, including up the management chain.
- Work with Print Management Director and Senior Print Director to communicate forecasted consumable needs or any concern with products and relay inventory information to customers.
- Be mindful of cost impact regarding matters surrounding print material delivery.
- Adapt to changes as they occur, remaining focused on delivering intended business value to special accounts and the team.
- Be effective in using NetSuite, Salesforce, SmartSheet , and future company system tools to support customers.
- Instill a high level of confidence in customers as their trusted partner and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of company print products and third-party physical goods also sold by company.
- Other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Education and 6+ years of Customer Service experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Critical thinker driven to high-quality results with the ability to identify and understand complex problems/issues and formulate alternate solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills; self-directed to handle multiple priorities and demanding timelines.
- Quickly learn, understand, communicate, and integrate concepts and issues.
- Ability to diffuse and resolve customer concerns with tact and empathy.
- Skill with efficiently manipulating exported data to provide accurate and detailed reporting.
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven self-management skills.
- Ability to monitor and control project schedules.
- Capable of making good decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP and CRM systems is beneficial.
