Job Requisition ID # 24WD77683 Position Overview As an Inside Partner Manager you will work with dedicated portfolio of Gold partners driving their performance and will guide them on transformational their path to SaaS solutions provider. Our mission is to growth performance and we support them on transformational their path to SaaS solutions provider. You will be a liaison between Autodesk and your assigned channel partners, aligning our common strategy and driving revenue growth. Our EMEA channel management team plays a crucial role in the collaboration of all teams with the partners, you will be reporting to the Manager SMB Channel. This is a hybrid position based in Barcelona. Responsibilities
- Be the guide of your assigned partners on their path to Solution Provider while delivering revenue growth targets, ensure common vision between Autodesk and Partner
- Build impactful relationship, act as the main contact for partner principals, management and respective teams
- Drive annual business planning, identifying areas of investment and supporting its execution
- Driving quarterly growth initiatives
- Support collaboration between partners and Autodesk teams
- Recap quarterly sales results with partners and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quarters
- Participate in specific projects relating to growth of indirect business
- Ensure operational support
- 3+ years experience in partner management in IT Software market
- Understanding of market dynamics in SaaS business model
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with partners and C-level
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English language
- Experience negotiating at executive level
