The person in this role will be responsible for the manufacturing and supply chain areas of several large Oracle ERP implementation projects and other related system implementation projects and will play a key role in ensuring that project change management initiatives meet their objectives by facilitating user adoption. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, job roles, and training. Partnering with project teams, coaching local teams, training, and documentation will be primary responsibilities. The ERP Change Manager will report to the Sr. Manager of the Global ERP Project (Manufacturing) and will need to work through many others in the organization to be successful.
Exercises judgment and business acumen to deliver solutions in a highly complex Oracle and custom application landscape. Provide leadership and mentoring to local project teams. Collaborate with the project team to define and improve the Global Process Template.
Responsibilities :
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities within the ERP implementation projects.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders - individuals and teams.
Assess change impacts and risks for each stakeholder
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Leading the rapid & flawless execution of high-profile cross-functional projects.
Serve in an “air traffic control” capacity, Project Managers will provide overarching facilitation for all aspects of the business’s projects.
Leverage Design for Lean Sigma methods & tools to: accelerate user adoption, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and build quality into projects from the outset.
Manage interpersonal dynamics within project teams (e.g., building consensus among sub-project owners, negotiating any changes, and holding team members accountable for the delivery of commitments made).
Ensure teams meet or exceed anticipated project benefits on time, within budget, and with the desired level of quality.
Integrating “best practice” tools, techniques, and frameworks into the production processes to support change management.
Support the GPT enhancement by systematically capturing, documenting, and disseminating lessons learned from prior projects and initiatives.
Support the ERP Manufacturing team to reach the target defined.
Transfer capability by: serving as role models on the projects they lead, delivering focused training as necessary, and mentoring other project leaders.
Qualifications
Training or certifications as a training facilitator plus
Deep Knowledge of Business roles and processes ( Manufacturing and Supply Chain )
Oracle EBS Experience a plus
Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is nice to have.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools at it relates to training
Familiar with project governance best practices in the areas of issue, change, and risk management.
