Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Office Planning Manager 2 to serve as the Space Systems sector lead for Archibus and other enterprise facilities tools. This role will be located at the Northrop Grumman's Space Sector Headquarters in McLean VA. Other locations where this role can be located includes: Redondo Beach CA; Baltimore MD; Chandler AZ; Dulles VA; or, Roy UT. Specific duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Facilitating Archibus coordination across the Space sector.
- Managing other facilities tools for the sector (i.e., AgileQuest, Facilities Data Warehouse, etc.).
- Providing a central voice and point of contact for enterprise and corporate coordination of efforts related to Archibus technology.
- Conducting briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
- Influencing and impacting strategy and decision making through this role.
- Managing the onboarding, maintenance and sustainment of Archibus across the sector to include:
- Import drawings.
- Change management activities.
- Training for divisions/site/building leads.
- Flow Down changes and information that corporate is making.
- Ensuring new facilities (to include new leases, expansion of square footage in current buildings/facilities, construction to change layouts) are added to Archibus.

- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience working with Archibus and other facilities management technology (i.e., AgileQuest, Facilities Data Warehouse) - OR - a Master's degree and 5+ years of applicable experience as outlined above. An additional four years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with CAD and polylining.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence people and teams at all levels with and without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and impact strategy in this role.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
- Strong ability to perform conflict management.
