The UX designer’s job is to zero in on users’ underlying emotional and functional needs — then help execute on those discoveries to create a clear and delightful experience. - User centered research methods;
- Wireframing;
- User flow diagramming;
- UI or Visual Design for digital tools;
- Prototyping user interactions for screen based systems;
- Information Architecture;
- Design Tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Framer;
- Possessing an online portfolio of work samples;
- Understanding of design for accessibility standards; and,
- Knowledge and understanding of usability testing and documentation.
