Job Requisition ID # 24WD76706 Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Owner to join our scrum team that we are setting up in Pune, India to contribute to Fusion Manufacturing Data Model (MFGDM). MFGDM is the foundation of Manufacturing Cloud and core Data Framework for Autodesk Cloud Flagship Product – Autodesk Fusion. You will report to manager and its a hybrid work model. Responsibilities
- Work with a range of stakeholders including Product Managers, Experience Designers, Software Architects, senior leadership, and scrum teams to translate business and technical requirements into workable backlog
- You will inspire and motivate the scrum team by painting a vision for all and recognizing development progress
- You will identify and document detailed condition of satisfactions for User Stories
- Manage backlog and stay on top of priority questions, ensure incremental delivery of value over time
- Work with us ,multiple scrum teams and Product Owners to lead planning and execution
- Participate in internal testing and engage with customers to validate deliverables and drive product iteration towards long term vision
- Create demos for scrum teams and team members
- Communicate release plan, project status and deliverables to team members in both oral and written format proficiently
- You will create analytics to measure success and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 8+ years of product owner or equivalent experience on commercial Web products
- Accountable with a understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile development practices/tooling and a broad knowledge of full software development lifecycle
- With the needed and open mind to work with multiple team members
- An, both in written and verbal form, with the ability to present to large audiences and lead group activities
- A multitasker capable of prioritizing and managing your time and multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, results-oriented environment
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across different time zones
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities and acceptance of changing requirements, even late in the development cycle
- Knowledge and appreciation of cloud services specially back-end is desirable
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Advanced Scrum Product Owner
