As part of Autodesk's People & Places (PPL) organization, our Global Mobility team is on a mission to connect us globally and provide a high-level of support and guidance. We are seeking a Senior Global Mobility Program Manager, to be a liaison who communicates effectively across the company. You will be part of a small but mighty team who plays an important role partnering with employees, leadership, immigration, and vendors. You are a main contact and conduit who is adaptable and caring. You will not manage direct reports, but you will mentor, counsel, and guide. You will report to our Director, Talent Acquisition Programs and Global Mobility. This role can be 100% remote in the U.S. or Canada. Responsibilities
- Oversee Autodesk's global assignment, domestic and international relocation policies and programs
- Provide counsel to business, HR, and employees on mobility matters
- Administer all aspects of domestic and international relocations and expatriate assignments
- Manage international and domestic relocation programs
- Develop strong partnerships with associates and vendors
- Collaborate with HR and business teams in assessment and strategic planning of localizations and repatriation
- Be the primary advisor on immigration matters
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of immigration issues and changes
- Provide strategic guidance and operational recommendations for program design
- Identify challenges, research root causes, and escalate to Sr. Manager Global Mobility
- Provide immigration education and resources to employees and partners
- Be a primary contact for immigration and relocation needs
- Partner with external immigration, relocation, and tax vendors
- Ensure company compliance with appropriate guidelines
- Utilize technology effectively
- Stay current with trends and best practices, evaluate exceptions to policies and programs
- 10+ years of experience in immigration, relocation, and case management
- Prior global experience
- Prior large company experience; tech industry preferred
- Bridge gaps to build strong relationships and provide customer-centric solutions
