- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, data analytics, inventory, or management/operations consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience collaborating and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations and different levels of responsibilities.
- Ability to take ambiguous topics and create compelling narratives and present them to leadership.
- Ability to present detailed analysis, and customize communication based on the audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent data analysis skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead multi-disciplinary programs that span across Google through the life-cycle.
- Offer clear, concise, and logical solutions and recommendations to partners and executives in a timely manner regarding Google’s data center capacity needs.
- Use data to identify planning solutions and provide advice to business leaders across the organization.
- Maintain and update technical and business requirements, and use them to influence execution, spending, and capacity allocation decisions.
- Implement new power planning initiatives, including automation with engineering support and cross-functional policy changes. Work with the customer to manage and resolve data-center capacity related issues and escalations.
