We're seeking a machine learning expert with a proven track record of developing high-quality ML models and conducting statistical analysis. - You will focus on understanding customer usage and promoting Autodesk products, influencing development and strategy
- You will design machine learning pipelines to enhance decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional leaders for data-driven decisions
- You will report to the Applied ML Manager, mentor junior team members, and help deliver key ML features
- MS/PhD in a quantitative field: Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Statistics/Analytics, Computer Science, or other relevant fields
- 4+ years of industry experience and a passion for designing, analyzing, and deploying machine learning-based solutions
- Experience working with relational SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience working with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
- Fluency with one or more programming languages: Python, Java, Scala, etc.
- Experience with data science toolkits like: pandas, Jupyter, scikit, TensorFlow, etc.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques, e.g., classification, clustering, regularization, optimization, dimension reduction, etc.
- Experienced in writing high quality, well-documented, scalable code, with a preference for Python proficiency
- Can clearly convey complex or technical concepts to a non-technical audience and presenting data effectively
- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS)
- Experience with Large Language Models (RAG, Generative AI) and NLP
- Experience with recommender systems
- You possess the initiative to take on big ideas, transforming them into insights through data mining
- You're familiar with MLOps and can optimize ML workflows
- You've led research that resulted in publications
