Job Description Reports to: VP Emerging Workflows and Market Expansion (M&A) What you get to do in this job:
- Develop and own the sales point of view on where ServiceNow should target inorganic growth
- Develop a framework for exploring options for growth (franchise, partnerships, acquisitions, co-created solutions)
- Assess opportunities in concert with the Corporate M&A team
- Develop a PMI playbook for ServiceNow and support successful integration and value realization
- Co-ordinate closely with senior stakeholders in sales, the BUs, Finance and across the business to build new business opportunities for ServiceNow
- Be a member of extended LT for Corporate M&A, and bring the sales lens into discussions on the M&A roadmap
- 15 years+ across M&A, corporate development, strategy and operations
- Background in Enterprise Technology / SaaS
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strategic mindset able to develop approaches that simplify and focus our efforts
- Experience of leading and scaling a team
